WOMEN'S MERINO WOOL BASELAYER AND TOPS

The Kaspersky Commonwealth Women's Antarctica
Expedition Team, who wore our baselayer, socks and merino-possum beanies

All our gear is designed to be Unisex. The exceptions to this are our:
♦ Our Taranaki Women's singlet which fits closer around the shoulder and is slightly shorter in the body than the man's.
♦ Our specially designed Women's Taranaki 190 Freedom Leggings for use a SheWee. Up to now, women have been unable to make use of this brilliant little gadget when wearing leggings. Now they can!

Because of merino wool's natural elasticity, it adjusts itself easily to whatever shape you put underneath it. No need for panels or inserts, which only serve to use up offcuts from the pattern cutting process (we use ours for beanies), and do little for the real performance of the garment. In fact these inserts and panels can hinder the garment's movement with the body, as any seams create areas of rigidity.

We also have a limited stock
of Rugged South merino
wool tops for women in our
Bargain Basement.
