Technical specification:
| ||
Our Taranaki 190 superfine merino T shirts are designed not only to be worn as a baselayer to complement and layer with the rest of our merino baselayer range, but also Solo. Like all our designs, our merino T shirts have a simple, sleek, pared-down cut that complements their high-quality superfine single jersey merino fabric.
Ondrej, emailing from Slovakia, says:Worn as a baselayer, our Superfine merino T shirts gives lots of layering options with an average weight (based on M size)of only 180g. Whilst there are lighterweight T shirts around, the lighter weight is at the expense of warmth and performance. Our 190gsm weight gives maximum warmth for minimum weight. click here. With it's good looks and effective styling, worn solo, the T shirt makes an ideal top. not only for outdoor sports and activities, but for casual wear as well. Odour-resistant, thermo-regulating, and giving high uv protection as well as efficient moisture-management, Merino wool is the ideal fabric for sports acitivities of all kinds. It is believed that Merino's slow release of moisture contributes to Merino's ability to minimise the build-up of lactic acid in the muscles and thereby contribute to the wearer's performance. In addition, 190gsm weight merino wool fabric offers the ideal combination of comfort in both summer and winter, support where it counts, and durability. Lighter weight fabric, such as 150gsm, can be very flimsy, may give little in the way of support and is far less hard-wearing."My Taranaki short sleeve merino Tee arrived today. Absolutely top quality merino wool (even appreciably better than my Icebreaker T shirts), really soft, non itchy. I like the form fit and length of the T shirt. The cut is great for my slim figure. Also more affordable than other high quality merino garments,"Read more reviews and endorsements here | ||
