Prices
Whilst we make every effort to hold our prices steady, we are at the mercy of exchange rate fluctuations in addition to rises in shipping and manufacturing costs, and from time to time must therefore reserve the right to increase our prices in line with these rises, which are outside our control. Should exchange rates become more favourable, we will endeavour to pass these savings on as well.

Ordering & Paying by Paypal

Pay securely on-line in GBP,
Euros or USD with either a PayPal account OR credit card.

You can order safely online. Simply click the 'Add to basket' button at the end of each product. This will add the product to our secure shopping basket.

You can make your payment using any of Paypal’s accepted, secure methods, including credit card.
You don’t need a Paypal account to use Paypal. However to pay for purchases in Euros, Canadian or US Dollars you will need a Paypal account. Payment is automatically converted to £ Sterling. No need to hold a balance in another currency to send a payment. It’s easy and quick to get a Paypal account.

Please note that we can only accept credit card payments via Paypal. We do not accept credit/debit card orders over the phone. Why don't we accept credit/debit card payments over the phone? Simple - security - both yours and ours. By going direct through Paypal's secure payment gateway, you are not giving your credit/debit card details to us. Paypal in turn are regulated by the same laws as banks in terms of security.

On the payment page you are asked to give a telephone number at which you can be contacted. This is only for use by us if there is a problem with your order. Under no circumstances will it be used to send you unsolicited commercial messages, or handed to a third party. If you choose not to give a telephone number, please give an email address so that we may contact you in the event of a problem.
Once the order has been received you will automatically receive an order confirmation. This email will detail the exact order that we have received.

Payment by eCheque
We do not accept payment by eCheque as it takes up to 7-9 working days for these to clear, and we cannot send out orders until eCheques have cleared. We therefore cannot guarantee that the items ordered will still be in stock at the time of clearance.

Payment by Cheque
If you have a UK Bank Account, you may order by email or Post and pay by cheque, but please note that goods will not be dispatched until your cheque has cleared. This may take five to seven working days. We therefore cannot guarantee that the items ordered will still be in stock at the time of clearance.

Please note we do NOT accept cash payments with orders so do NOT include cash with your order.

Ordering by Email
You can also email us with your order and we can generate a special Paypal button so that you can pay via an email link. Please ensure you include a subject in the Subject header of your email, otherwise your message may get filtered out by our Spam filter.

Please note that by paying via Paypal, you do not disclose your bank details to anyone in this company. Paypal effectively acts as a clearing bank, and the only personal details we receive with your order is your name, email address and delivery address. These are never disclosed to any third parties.

If emailing us, please put the nature of your email in the Subject header of your email, otherwise your message may get filtered out by our Spam filter.

For security reasons we do not accept orders by credit/debit card over the phone.

Delivery Address
It is the buyer's responsibility to provide an address suitable for delivery where the item can be checked and signed for. They must therefore ensure the address and postcode entered during checkout is correct. Further delivery costs will be incurred if the address supplied is incorrect and the delivery cannot be completed. Items returned to us as "undeliverable" by the carrier, will not be re-dispatched until extra postage costs have been paid in full. A signature given at the address supplied by the buyer will be taken as proof of delivery.

If the carrier has delivered to an address other than the one given, then the customer should claim against the carrier. If the carrier provides proof (i.e. a signature) that the order was delivered to the specific address provided by the customer and that someone else within that address signed for it, then the responsibility lies with the customer to raise the loss of the item with the Police as stolen goods.

Please note that any attempt at cancellation of payment or chargeback due to a claim of non-delivery when a proof of delivery signature has been given to the Royal Mail, may be treated as an attempt to defraud.

Stock Availability
Our ranges are specially made for us, and are not mass-produced, therefore we carry only limited stocks. In the event that an item is out of stock we will let you know when new stock will be available.
