We ship to the following countries within Europe & Scandinavia using AIRSURE® as standard. AIRSURE® tracks orders to their destination and does not require a signature on delivery.

Airsure® can be up to one day faster than standard Airmail. Airsure® gives priority handling and benefits from a worldwide online tracking facility so you can check your mail's progress along the way.
INTERNATIONAL SIGNED-FOR (ISF)
To the countries listed below who do not operate AIRSURE® we ship using ISF. Shipments are not tracked beyond the UK and require a signature on delivery. As orders sent by ISF cannot be tracked once handed over to another country's postal service, we cannot take responsibility for lost items.
Albania, Belarus, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria,Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro, Norway, Poland, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovenia, Ukraine.
Maximum weight per order 2kg in weight. Orders that exceed this weight may have to be split and sent as separate shipments.
Delivery Times
Delivery usually takes within 3 to 5 days to Western Europe, 4 to 8 days to Eastern Europe. Please note we cannot guarantee these delivery times, and orders may take up to three weeks to arrive, although this is rare.
VAT
Please note that we do not ship net of VAT. As a small company, we are not registered for VAT and do not pass it on to our customers. When VAT registration becomes mandatory for us, although we will be able to dispatch net of VAT to customers outside the EU, our own costs will have to increase in the region of 15% to cover the extra costs created by the need to administer this government tax. There will therefore be very little difference in the prices to customers outside the EU between now and then.
Customs, duties & taxes
For customers living outside the EU, Please note that it is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods (not including shipping charges) on all packages destined outside the European Union, and shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Each country sets its own level at which duty is levied.
Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

We do our best to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receiving them.
