Goods will be delivered as stated below. We do our best to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receiving them; 24 hours hours whenever possible. We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, so any delivery to such an address will not be able to be processed.
Important Note: Most goods delivered must be signed for and therefore cannot be left without a signature.

We strongly recommend for your own security that you buy the International Signed For or Airsure service below. Standard Airmail only gives us proof of posting and we are unable to track orders or claim compensation in the event of non-

For extra security we ask that customers living outside the UK add the “International Signed For” service. This costs only an extra £3.50 per package in addition to our standard postal charges:
We are happy to ship to customers anywhere in the world. Our postage charges for this are those charged to us by the Royal Mail. For delivery to countries outside Europe and Scandinavia, please email us before placing your order. Please ensure you include a subject in the Subject header of your email, otherwise your message may get filtered out by our Spam filter.
VAT
Please note that we do not ship net of VAT, as we do not charge this tax. As a small company, we are not registered for VAT; this means that we do not have to pass it on to our customers. When VAT registration becomes mandatory for us, although we will be able to dispatch net of VAT to customers outside the EU, our own costs will have to increase in the region of 15% to cover the extra costs created by the need to administer this government tax. There will therefore be very little difference in the prices to customers outside the EU between now and then.
