
SHIPPINGUKOrders up to a value of £130 are sent out by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded delivery. This service requires a signature from a person at the address supplied. It is the default service we use and is autmatically added to your order. Orders with a value over £130 are sent out by Royal Mail Next Day Delivery This service also requires a signature from a person at the address supplied. Customers ordering less than £100 in value can opt for the Next-day delivery service by adding this increment to their order.
Further delivery costs will be incurred if the address supplied is incorrect and the delivery cannot be completed. Items returned to us as "undeliverable" by the carrier, will not be re-dispatched until extra postage costs have been paid in full..
If the carrier has delivered to an address other than the one given, then the customer should claim against the carrier. If the carrier provides proof (i.e. a signature) that the order was delivered to the specific address provided by the customer and that someone else within that address signed for it, then the responsibility lies with the customer to raise the loss of the item with the Police as stolen goods.
We do not replace or refund for any order for which delivery has been confirmed by the Carrier.
Please note that any attempt at cancellation of payment or chargeback due to a claim of non-delivery when a proof of delivery signature has been given to the Royal Mail, may be treated as an attempt to defraud.
